Your punctuality shows dedication and respect for others’ time. Please be on time for all classes, and let us know if you might be late or unable to attend.
Learning is most effective when you are active! Participate in discussions, complete assignments promptly, and be curious—ask questions.
Please check your email and our learning platform regularly for updates or messages from your tutors.

Ensure a stable internet connection and the necessary devices (computer or tablet with webcam and headphones) to engage fully in online classes.
Get comfortable with the digital tools and platforms we use. If you face technical issues, our support team is ready to assist.
We will explain the grading system for each course at the start. If you ever have questions about grades or feedback, speak with your tutor.
You will receive regular, constructive feedback to help you progress and improve.
Course fees are due at the time of registration. You can pay via our secure methods as communicated during enrollment.
For some courses, we offer installments. Details are provided during registration.
Upon payment, you will receive an email confirmation and a receipt. Please keep it for your records.
We offer a free trial class for new students to ensure our courses meet your expectations. If you decide not to continue, there is no obligation to pay.
If you withdraw before the course begins, you are entitled to a full refund. Please notify us at least 48 hours before the start date.
Within the first week: eligible for a 75% refund. After the first week: no refunds. Non-attendance does not constitute withdrawal unless arranged with administration.
If Qurantopia Academy must cancel a course, students will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another course of equal value.
Special circumstances (e.g., medical issues) may be considered case-by-case. Supporting documentation may be required.
Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 2 days of approval.
At Qurantopia Academy, regular attendance is vital for success. We aim to be clear and accommodating.
Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes. If you cannot attend, notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancel without penalty with at least 6 hours’ notice. Late cancellations may forfeit make-up eligibility except for illness/emergency communicated promptly.
Not attending without prior notice is a no-show. If a student is 15+ minutes late without notice and the teacher has waited, the session counts as attended.
If a class must be canceled due to instructor unavailability or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you and seek to reschedule or offer an alternative/refund.
Eligible when timely cancellation notice is provided or when Qurantopia Academy cancels a class. Scheduled based on instructor availability.
Refunds for canceled classes are generally not provided, except in exceptional circumstances or when Qurantopia Academy cancels and cannot reschedule.
