2. Services Description

Qurantopia Academy provides online Quran, Arabic, and Islamic Studies education through certified Al-Azhar tutors. Services include:

Live online classes via video conferencing
One-on-one and group class options
Course materials and resources
Progress tracking and assessments
Certificates of completion

3. Student Responsibilities

Students are expected to:

Attend classes punctually and regularly
Maintain appropriate behavior and respect for teachers and fellow students
Complete assigned homework and practice materials
Provide a suitable learning environment with stable internet connection
Notify the academy in advance of any absences

4. Payment Terms

Payment policies include:

Fees are charged monthly in advance
Payment methods include credit card, PayPal, and bank transfer
All prices are in US dollars unless otherwise specified
Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase, subject to conditions
Late payments may result in class suspension

5. Class Schedule and Attendance

Regarding class scheduling:

Class schedules are arranged based on student and teacher availability
Students must provide 24-hour notice for class cancellations
Make-up classes are available for excused absences
No refunds for missed classes without proper notice
Maximum of 2 rescheduled classes per month

6. Technical Requirements

Students must have:

Reliable internet connection (minimum 5 Mbps)
Computer, tablet, or smartphone with camera and microphone
Updated web browser or video conferencing app
Quiet, well-lit learning space

7. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy:

Personal information is collected only for service provision
Data is stored securely and not shared with third parties
Class recordings may be used for quality control and training
Students under 18 require parental consent for data collection

8. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including:

Textbooks and workbooks
Video recordings and audio materials
Teaching methodologies and curriculum
Are the intellectual property of Qurantopia Academy
May not be reproduced, distributed, or sold without permission

9. Code of Conduct

Students must maintain appropriate behavior:

Respectful communication with teachers and staff
Appropriate dress and appearance during video classes
No recording of classes without permission
No harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior
Violations may result in immediate termination

10. Termination Policy

Either party may terminate the agreement:

Students: With 30-day written notice
Academy: Immediately for serious violations
Pro-rated refunds available for unused portions
Certificates provided only for completed courses

11. Limitation of Liability

Qurantopia Academy is not liable for:

Technical issues beyond our control
Student learning outcomes or progress
Indirect or consequential damages
Force majeure events affecting service delivery

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through:

Direct negotiation between parties
Mediation by a neutral third party
Egyptian courts as final jurisdiction
Current laws of Egypt apply to this agreement

13. Amendments to Terms

Qurantopia Academy reserves the right to:

Modify these terms with 30-day notice
Update pricing and service offerings
Communicate changes via email or website
Continued use of services constitutes acceptance
